BEV Vision Algorithm Engineer

Algorithm R&D · Beijing

Bachelor degree or above in EE, CS, automation or related fields, 1+ years of experience, 2-3 openings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and productionize autonomous driving BEV algorithms, including vision/LiDAR early fusion, BEV / Occupancy Network and multi-task detection models.
  • Explore deep learning methods for real-time environment and traffic participant perception.
  • Optimize model compression, training, deployment, operators, post-processing and generalization across vehicle and camera setups.
  • Improve model performance through semi-supervised training and multi-source datasets.
  • Optimize BEV, lane-line and other multi-task training workflows.
  • Solve ray splitting, unstable rear detection, yaw jitter and long-range false or missed detection issues.
  • Improve small-object, long-range vehicle and cone detection performance.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of R&D experience in machine learning, computer vision, 3D geometry, optimization or high-performance computing.
  • Proficient in C++ / Python and at least one mainstream deep learning framework.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
  • Solid mathematical foundation and good English reading ability.
  • Mass-production experience in autonomous driving perception algorithms is preferred.

LiDAR Algorithm Engineer

Algorithm R&D · Beijing

Bachelor degree or above in CS, robotics, electronics, automation or related fields, 1+ years of experience, 2-3 openings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop point-cloud perception algorithms for autonomous driving projects, including processing, detection and tracking.
  • Build perception algorithms for multi-line LiDAR, single-line LiDAR and RGBD sensors.
  • Develop and optimize homogeneous and heterogeneous sensor fusion algorithms.
  • Integrate perception algorithms with control, localization and dispatching modules.
  • Deploy, optimize and deliver algorithm products with required documentation.
  • Track and research frontier perception technologies.

Requirements

  • Familiar with point-cloud algorithms such as fitting, feature extraction, registration, filtering and denoising; PCL and EIGEN experience preferred.
  • Understanding of image algorithms, sensor fusion, planning/control and localization.
  • Proficient in C++ and Python with solid mathematics and logical thinking.
  • Strong learning ability, communication skills and self-motivation.
  • Autonomous driving, robotics, point-cloud or fusion algorithm experience is preferred.

Planning and Control Algorithm Engineer

Algorithm R&D · Beijing

Bachelor degree or above with 2+ years of control algorithm development experience, 2-3 openings.

Responsibilities

  • Research and implement lateral and longitudinal control algorithms for autonomous driving.
  • Calibrate vehicle kinematic models and design automated calibration tools.

Requirements

  • Expertise in MPC, LQR, Stanley, PID and path tracking algorithms; familiar with classical and modern control theory.
  • Familiar with vehicle lateral/longitudinal kinematics and dynamics modeling with hands-on control tuning experience.
  • Strong C++ programming ability and familiarity with Ubuntu and ROS.
  • Experience with robotics or autonomous driving planning algorithms such as A*, Lattice and TEB is preferred.

Fusion Localization Algorithm Engineer

Algorithm R&D · Beijing

Master degree or above in CS, robotics, electronics, automation or related fields, 2+ years of experience, 2-3 openings.

Responsibilities

  • Build high-precision localization and mapping based on LiDAR, GPS, IMU, camera and wheel-speed sensor fusion.
  • Solve localization issues in project delivery and improve accuracy, robustness and reliability.
  • Develop and productize localization algorithms for real-world applications.
  • Collaborate with perception fusion, planning/control, low-level software and hardware teams.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of SLAM, Kalman filtering, graph optimization and optimal estimation.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one LiDAR or visual SLAM framework and understanding of GNSS, IMU and odometry fusion.
  • Strong C/C++ programming ability and familiarity with Linux and ROS/ROS2.
  • Strong problem analysis, logical thinking, teamwork and communication skills.
  • AGV, autonomous driving, robotics localization/navigation project or competition experience is preferred.

AGV / Unmanned Logistics Vehicle Application Engineer

Project Delivery · Project Site / Beijing

Associate degree or above in mechatronics, automation, robotics, vehicle engineering or related fields, long-term travel required, 2-3 openings.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver unmanned logistics vehicles and forklifts onsite, including ROS setup, driver configuration, LiDAR SLAM mapping, navigation tuning, route tuning and vehicle testing.
  • Use AutoCAD for construction drawings and vehicle operation boundary definition.
  • Test perception, localization and planning issues onsite using ROS tools such as rviz, rqt and bag recording.
  • Work with R&D to close difficult onsite issues.
  • Act as the onsite technical interface for customer communication, progress reporting and system operation training.
  • Prepare standardized delivery documents and drive project acceptance on schedule.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or above in mechatronics, automation, robotics, vehicle engineering or related fields.
  • Familiar with AutoCAD and 1+ years of onsite AGV, mobile robot or unmanned logistics vehicle implementation experience.
  • Familiar with basic ROS operations; ROS debugging experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service awareness with clear technical expression.
  • Responsible, able to handle delivery pressure and long-term onsite travel.
